and rigourous practical endurance tests prior to initial
use. For example, recessed switch elements and the solid magnesium base plate on our plunge-cut saws reduce wear and increase durability. One indication of this robustness is our 3-year guarantee, referred to as the “1+2 guarantee”, which established Festool as the first manufacturer in the industry to also cater for demanding industrial applications. And if any components need replacing, spare parts are available for a minimum of 7 years after the product is launched onto the market. And that’s guaranteed. |
