Receive a bonus

Once we have successfully reviewed the documents you submitted, we will send you the corresponding bonus free of charge. Only while supplies last.1

  • How many times can I participate in the promotion?
    A maximum of 4 entries per customer/business is allowed. This applies regardless of whether the same or different promotional products are purchased (e.g., 4x PLANEX = 4x reward (TXS 18) or 3x PLANEX and 1x DF 500 = 4x reward (TXS 18)).
  • Can you register used promotional products if you have an invoice for them?
    According to the terms and conditions, this promotion applies exclusively to new items. Used items are excluded from the promotion, even if you have received an official invoice.
  • Is it possible to sign up for the promotion retroactively if the promotional product was purchased shortly before the promotion began?
    No, unfortunately that is not possible. To be eligible for the promotion, the invoice date must fall within the promotional period. If the invoice date is prior to the start of the promotional period, you are unfortunately not eligible to participate. Exception: For the PSC/PSBC 500 models, purchases made on or after September 7, 2026, are eligible. For individual cases or questions, please contact us by email at customerservice-int@festool.com.
  • I lost my receipt. Can I still participate in the promotion?
    Unfortunately, participation is not possible without an invoice.

  • During what time period must the promotional products be purchased?

    The purchase must take place between October 5, 2026, and December 11, 2026.

    Exception: For the PSC/PSBC 500, purchases made on or after September 7, 2026, are taken into account.

    Important: Offer valid while supplies last! This means that the promotional items may sell out early, making it impossible to participate even if the purchase was made during the official promotion period.

  • By when do I need to submit my invoice to select a reward?

    Registration for the promotion must take place between October 5, 2026, and December 18, 2026.

    Important: Offer valid while supplies last! It is therefore important to register for the promotion promptly after purchase. The TXS 18 rewards may sell out early, making it impossible to register for the promotion even during the official registration period.

  • How do you participate in the promotion?

    To qualify for the bonus, you must purchase an eligible tool during the promotional period from October 5 to December 11, 2026, and upload the invoice and the nameplate to the participation form by December 18, 2026, at the latest (while supplies last). Details are available in the Terms and Conditions of Participation to find.

    • Only invoices from merchants are valid

    • No receipts or platform certificates

  • Is a MyFestool account required to participate in the Bonus Weeks?
    To participate in the promotion, participants must have a MyFestool account.
  • Does registering for the Bonus Weeks automatically register the machine for the Festool All-Inclusive Warranty as well?
    Yes, your newly purchased tool will automatically be enrolled in the All-Inclusive Warranty once you complete the Bonus Weeks registration process. Your TXS 18 will also be automatically enrolled in the All-Inclusive Warranty once you receive your shipment.
  • Am I automatically enrolled in the Bonus Weeks when I register my tool for the Festool All-Inclusive Warranty?
    No! Simply submitting a warranty claim for your promotional tool does not constitute a promotion registration and therefore does not entitle you to the reward.
  • Can I use the same invoice to fill out multiple registration forms?
    Yes, this is easily possible. However, the separate forms for the various promotional products must be filled out completely—that is, including the upload of the invoice—and the respective terms and conditions must be met. A maximum of 4 registrations for the Bonus Weeks will be accepted, however.
  • Can you register two identical tools at the same time for the Bonus Weeks since they're on the same invoice?
    Unfortunately, that is not at the same time Possible. You must register each product individually and upload the invoice and the nameplate separately each time. However, you do not need two separate invoices for the products.
  • Is it possible to participate by mail?
    No, participation by mail is not permitted. Participation is exclusively online via the entry form and with a MyFestool account.
  • Can the invoice include other items or products?
    Yes, that's no problem.

  • When will the reward be shipped?
    Once the inspection is complete, the item will be shipped to the specified shipping address within 6 weeks.
  • Will I be notified of the current processing status?

    Once your information has been verified, you'll receive another email confirming that everything has been successfully verified and that your reward will be shipped soon. If we notice during the verification process that any information is missing, we’ll contact you again via email. If the reward cannot be delivered and is returned, you’ll also receive an email about it.

    Alternatively, you can check the status at any time in your MyFestool View account.

Returns
  • What happens if I return my promotional item?
    If a promotional product that has already been registered for the promotion is returned, the right to receive the reward will be forfeited. Any benefits already provided must be reimbursed. To return the reward, please contact us by email at customerservice-int@festool.com. If this does not happen, our customer service team will actively contact you regarding the return.
