Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Festool BONUS WEEKS in autumn 2026 (”Promotion”)

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant accepts these Terms & Conditions of Participation.

Organiser
1. The Promotion is being hosted by Festool GmbH, Wertstr. 20, 73240 Wendlingen, Germany, (”Organiser”).
2. The Promotion is being implemented by the agency REINBOLDROST GmbH & Co. KG, Joseph-Beuys-Allee 6, 53113 Bonn, Germany, commissioned by the Organiser, as the technical service provider and by secupay AG, Goethestraße 6, 01896 Pulsnitz, Germany, as the payment institution (jointly referred to as “Agency”).
Eligibility
1. All natural persons who have reached full legal age as well as legal persons residing in or with their place of business in one of the following countries shall be eligible to participate:
  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
2. Persons residing in or with their place of business in any other region or country are excluded from participation. In particular, this applies to: All French overseas territories, Spanish, Portuguese and British islands, Cyprus, Greece, Iceland, Malta and Norway.
3. Also excluded from the Promotion are: Employees of the Organiser, dealers of the Organiser as well as the dealer’s employees, executives and representatives of the Organiser and its dealers.
Subject of the Promotion
1. End customers who purchase a PLANEX long-reach sander, a DF 500 or DF 700 corded DOMINO joining machine, an ExoActive, a PSC 500 or PSBC 500 cordless pendulum jigsaw (each of which is a “Promotional Product”, see item 4) from an authorised Festool dealer in the participation area within the promotion period from 05.10.2026 to 11.12.2026 and register for the Promotion by 18.12.2026, will receive a Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill as well as additional Cashback of EUR 200.00, if relevant, in each case according to the binding assignment specified in item 4, while stocks last. Participation in the Cashback promotion does not establish any independent, other benefit for the customer. Rather, payment of the Cashback shall be made in direct economic connection with the original delivery. The bonus allocated to the respective Promotional Product can also be viewed on the promotion microsite (see item 4). In deviation from this, for Promotional Products PSC 500 and PSBC 500, end customers shall also be entitled to participate if they have already purchased these Promotional Products on or after 07.09.2026 and register them for the Promotion by 18.12.2026 at the latest, also only while stocks last.
2. Only a limited supply of Free TXS 18 Cordless Drills is available. The Promotion applies only while stocks last.
3. When payments are made in currencies other than euro, exchange rate fluctuations can result in minor deviations from the value specified; these do not trigger a claim to receive payment for any resulting minor difference.
4. The Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill shall be allocated automatically by the Organiser based on the respective purchased Promotional Product. A free choice or change of the Free TXS_18 Cordless Drill by the Participant is not possible. The assignment of the respective cordless drill to the Promotional Products can be viewed on the promotion site.
5. A maximum of four (4) participations per household or business are permitted. Several participating persons within the same household or business shall be counted together. The Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill can only be claimed once per Promotional Product during these Bonus Weeks. This Promotion includes all Festool TXS 18 promotions being implemented in parallel in the Area of Participation, independent of the specific Organiser. A comparison of e-mail addresses, duplicate addresses, IBANs and verification numbers shall be carried out. Multiple participations which violate these Terms & Conditions of Participation along with any other manipulative measures will lead to the Participant's immediate exclusion from the Promotion.
Promotional Products
1. Only the new products listed below shall be considered as Promotional Products.
2. The TXS 18 cordless drill provided in the context of this Promotion shall be provided in one of the versions below, depending on the respective purchased Promotional Product:
  - TXS 18 Plus with two 4.0 Ah batteries and a charger for the PLANEX long-reach sander
  - TXS 18 Plus with two 4.0 Ah batteries and a charger for a corded DOMINO DF 500, DF 700
  - TXS 18 Plus with two 4.0 Ah batteries and a charger as well as an additional EUR 200 Cashback for ExoActive
  - TXS 18 Basic (without batteries or charger) for PSC 500, PSBC 500
  The Plus version of the TXS 18 is supplied with different configurations of 4.0 Ah battery packs and there shall be no claim to a specific model of the 4.0 Ah battery pack.
3. Shipping of the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill shall be based on the binding allocation in place according to paragraphs (1) and (2). The overview shown on the promotion site serves only as supplementary information and shall not justify any claims in deviation from this.
Participating in the Promotion
1. As a prerequisite for participating in the Promotion, the end customer must have completely and properly disclosed and made available the following information within a current MyFestool account in their name by 18.12.2026:
  - Name and address of the Participant
  - E-mail address of the Participant
  - Date of purchase of the Promotional Product
  - Verification numbers (part no. and serial no.) of the Promotional Product
  - Photo of the type plate of the Promotional Product
  - Scan or photograph of an invoice or similar proof of purchase, on which the purchasing date and the product can be clearly identified
  - Delivery address for the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill if this differs from the address specified by the Participant
  - Specification of the dealer from which the Promotional Product was purchased
  - Account details for transferring the Cashback (account holder, IBAN and BIC). Only required with purchase of an ExoActive tool.
2. During the process of registering for the Bonus Weeks, the respective Promotional Product and the bonus (TXS 18) will automatically be registered for the Warranty all-inclusive. You can unsubscribe from this warranty registration retrospectively at any time. By registering, you are also accepting the warranty terms and conditions of Festool.
3. A sales platform certificate or a receipt do not provide sufficient proof of purchase. Furthermore, a proof of purchase must not have been issued to anybody other than the Participant.
4. If handing over the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill or payment of the Cashback represents a taxable transaction, the obligation to pay taxes shall remain with the recipient (end customer).
5. Payment of the Cashback can represent a subsequent reduction of the fee for the originally supplied product in relation to the end customer and is to be treated within the meaning of VAT regulations. If the end customer that benefits from the Cashback is an entrepreneur fully or partially entitled to pre-tax deduction and if he purchases the service for his company, the pre-tax deduction from his benefit receipt shall be reduced by the tax amount included in the Cashback (see Section 17(1) Sentence 4 in conjunction with Sentence 1 UStG). The pre-tax notification must be made within the taxable period in which the fee reduction due to the Cashback payment occurs.
6. After the participation documents have been received, the Participant shall receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail from Festool or the Agency as well as further status messages during implementation of the Promotion. Festool and the Agency commissioned by Festool for implementation shall be authorised to contact the Participant by e-mail or letter if there are any queries regarding the implementation of the Promotion and to demand further evidence in case of justified doubt.
7. There shall be no entitlement to participate should the information not be submitted on time, be illegible, incomplete or be otherwise incorrect.
8. In the event of participation being refused due to inadequate evidence or information, the Participant can take part in the Promotion again by submitting adequate and correct documents or evidence. However, if the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill from the first submission is no longer available in the meantime, the Participant shall no longer have a claim to it.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Participants and exclude them from future participation in the Promotion if they provide incorrect or incomplete details, fail to submit the requested evidence on time in cases of justified doubt, manipulate or try to manipulate the participation process and/or culpably infringe the rules of participation and/or otherwise attempt to obtain a service by fraud in an unfair and/or dishonest manner. In the case that a Participant is justifiably excluded, the Organiser is entitled – also subsequently – to request that a Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill already sent and any Cashback already paid out be returned.
Shipping of the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill
1. The claim to a Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill as well as the shipping to the delivery address specified by the Participant, shall be checked by the Agency and the Organiser.
2. The Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill shall be shipped no later than six (6) weeks after the complete participation documents, which must have been submitted on time and in the correct form, have been received. If the shipping service provider is unable to ship (can be the case in particularly remote regions), an individual procedure will be agreed with the end customer.
3. If the delivery address information is incorrect, there shall be no claim to renewed shipping.
  If the delivery fails, a single further delivery attempt shall be made. If this too fails, the claim to the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill shall expire. A delivery is deemed to have failed if:
  - no successful delivery is possible using the specified address details,
  - a request for notification of a current delivery address remains unanswered after two weeks.
  If the address details provided by the Participant are incomplete or incorrect or if the delivery is not possible for other reasons for which the Participant is responsible, the claim to the bonus shall expire. In such cases, the Organiser can demand the submission of a personal identification card or passport in order to verify the Participant’s identity. The same applies in the event of justified suspicion of fraudulent attempts to gain a Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill. The claim shall remain temporarily suspended until submission of corresponding evidence requested by the Organiser or the Agency.
4. The claim to the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill is not transferable. A cash payment or payment in assets as well as an exchange or replacement of the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill shall be excluded.
5. A claim to the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill shall lapse if is subsequently transpires that false information as provided or the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill was obtained in an improper manner. Any benefits already granted must be reimbursed in this case.
Cashback – Entitlement and payment upon purchase of an ExoActive
1. A claim to Cashback shall exist only upon purchase of an ExoActive Promotional Product during these Bonus Weeks and only upon fulfilment of all conditions of participation.
2. The prerequisite for payment of the Cashback shall be that the account specified for participation exists in the name of the Participant. Payment shall only be made to such an account. If specifying a company account, it must be ensured that the Participant has authorisation to use it; evidence must be provided at the request of the Organiser or the Agency.
3. The check to determine whether Cashback can be claimed and the payment of the Cashback to the account specified by the Participant shall be implemented by the Agency and the Organiser.
4. The money shall be paid out no later than six (6) weeks after the complete participation documents, which must have been submitted on time and in the correct form, have been received.
5. If there are errors in the bank details specified by the Participant, there shall be no claim to the money being transferred again. The same applies in the event of a justified suspicion of an attempt to obtain a Cashback payment by fraud, until the suspicion is refuted through the submission of corresponding further evidence as requested by the Organiser or the Agency.
6. The claim to payment of the Cashback shall not be transferable. Payment in cash or in tangible assets is excluded.
7. There shall be no claim to payment of Cashback if it should subsequently transpire that false information was provided or that a Cashback payment has been obtained unlawfully in any other way. Any benefits already granted must be reimbursed.
Obligation to return/repay if the product is returned
1. If a Promotional Product that has already been registered to the Promotion is returned within six months, there shall therefore be no claim to the Free TXS 18 Cordless Drill and Cashback. Any benefits already granted must be reimbursed.
Data privacy
1. The personal data to be provided during the Bonus Weeks shall be processed by the Organiser, the Agency and Festool Deutschland GmbH, Wertstraße. 20, 73240 Wendlingen, Germany. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1a) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For processing of the delivery, we will transfer required data to the commissioned shipping service provider. This may also include your e-mail address and telephone number, so that the shipping service provider can inform you about the delivery status. Processing shall be implemented for performance of the contract (Article 6(1)b GDPR) as well as on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient and customer-friendly delivery processing (Article 6(1) f GDPR). Other
1. The Organiser reserves the right to change, extend or prematurely end this Promotion without prior notice.
2. These Terms & Conditions of Participation are subject to national law at the Organiser's registered office to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the location of the Organiser's registered office.
3. Should one or several provisions of these Terms & Conditions of Participation be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
