The Festool Energy set is the ideal addition to the Festool Basic variants and also offers additional battery packs for the workshop and construction site. With the enormously powerful and lasting 8.0 Ah Li-HighPower battery packs ideally suited to products with maximum power needs, such as the Festool AGC 18 cordless angle grinder, the DSC-AGC 18 cordless freehand cutting system, the HKC 55 cordless circular saw or the CTC MINI/MIDI cordless extractors. The SCA 16 rapid charger recharges these in no time at all – with active, intelligent air cooling before and during the charging process, the SCA 16 ensures that the AIRSTREAM battery packs are ready to use again extremely quickly (~ 30 minutes until "ready"). Of course everything cleanly packaged in the Systainer³ and fully covered by Festool Service.

Whether as an addition to one of the Festool Basic cordless versions or to deliver even more charge in the workshop or at the construction site, the Energy-Systainer fits all Festool cordless tools and the entire Systainer system: The battery packs are compatible with all Festool 18 V cordless tools (except cordless sanders, CTC SYS) and, thanks to the Systainer³ storage, integrate seamlessly into bott vehicle equipment.
The 8.0 Ah Li-HighPower battery packs offer maximum runtime and maximum power, and are 60 % more lasting than a 5.0 Ah standard battery pack thanks to Li-HighPower cell technology. The SCA 16 rapid charger recharges them in a flash with an intelligent AIRSTREAM cooling function even after heavy-duty applications. This way, the maximum possible charging performance for the fastest reuse is always achieved.
All Festool battery packs and chargers, like all Festool tools, are of course completely covered by Festool SERVICE, giving you peace of mind for your day-to-day work. This allows you to concentrate on what's most important: Your work.
