DTSC 200 cordless delta sander from Festool - available from February 2026



With the new DTSC 200 cordless delta sander, Festool is launching a powerfuland versatile sander onto the market. Thanks to the integrated LED light ring for optimum visibility and versatile application options, the DTSC 200 is the ideal solution for perfect surfaces, corners and edges.

The DTSC 200 is equipped with an integrated LED light ring that optimally illuminates the sanding area and makes any unevenness visible at an early stage. Two light modes - full illumination or dimmed light - can be set directly on the device. The Festool app can also be used to continuously dim the light and adjust the afterglow time to check the surface again after sanding. This significantly improves the quality of the sanding result - even in poor lighting conditions.

One sander for many applications  

The DTSC 200 is a real all-rounder: Despite its large sanding surface, it can reach hard-to-reach areas and deep gaps - without the need to change tools. The eccentric sanding movement ensures an even finish, while the powerful EC 2.0 motor with infinitely variable speed preselection works consistently even under high loads. The carbide-tipped disc brake prevents uncontrolled revving when idling and protects the workpiece from scoring. The integrated vibration protection ensures comfortable working without premature hand fatigue.  

Triple sanding in one system  

A special highlight is the new Granat Delta 200 abrasive, which can be used three times: The tip can simply be torn off at the perforation, rotated and reused. This reduces abrasive consumption, saves costs and conserves resources - for sustainable work in the Festool system. The dust collection bag enables low-dust work even without a vacuum cleaner and offers maximum freedom of movement - ideal for mobile use on the construction site or in the workshop.  

Digitally networked - everything at a glance  

The battery status can be called up at any time via the Festool app, the light can be dimmed continuously and the afterglow time can be set individually. A push notification is sent automatically if the motor temperature rises. Software updates are also possible via the app - for future-proof and always up-to-date use.
The DTSC 200 will be available from specialist dealers from February 2026 - as a basic version including sanding pad, dust bag, protector and Systainer. The tool is compatible with all 18 volt batteries and chargers from Festool. The Protector PR DTSC 200 protects the workpiece and sanding pad when sanding close to the edge and extends the service life of the tool. Further information at festool.com
