Whether it’s a quick assembly cut or a precise cut-to-size – the jigsaw is one of the most important tools on the building site and in the workshop. With the new generation of cordless pendulum jigsaws – the PSC 500, PSBC 500 and PSC-E 18 – Festool is consistently tailoring its range to real-world applications. Users benefit from being able to select the right machine specifically for their respective areas of application.

The PSC 500 (knob handle) and PSBC 500 (bow handle) models are based on a shared, high-performance platform and are designed for precise, versatile applications. An advanced triple saw blade guide stabilises the blade and ensures high cutting accuracy – even when making curved and angled cuts. The saw table, which can be swivelled on both sides, splinter protection, a blow-off function and an integrated dust extraction system all help to ensure clean results and a clear view of the marking line. With a cutting depth of up to 120 mm, consistent cutting performance thanks to the EC-TEC motor, and variable settings for speed and pendulum stroke, they are suitable for demanding tasks in timber construction as well as in interior finishing.

The compact PSC-E 18 is specially designed for installation work. With its low weight, fixed 90° saw table and particularly easy handling, it enables fast, efficient work without time-consuming adjustments. The triple saw blade guide ensures clean results even with material thicknesses of up to 40 mm – ideal for fitting work, cut-outs and flexible use on the building site. The three new models are fully integrated into the Festool 18-volt system and designed for efficient, practical workflows. Matching accessories and optimised saw blades complement the system and enable precise cuts in a wide variety of materials. The PSC 500 and PSBC 500 will be available from specialist retailers from 7 September 2026, whilst the PSC-E 18 has been available since April 2026.
