Terms & Conditions of Participation for the ROTEX & Router Cashback ("Promotion")

By participating in the Promotion, the participant accepts these Terms & Conditions of Participation.
- Organiser
- The Promotion is being hosted by [Festool GmbH, Wertstr. 20, 73240 Wendlingen, Germany], ("Organiser").
- The Promotion is implemented by the agency FULFILLERS GmbH, Joseph-Beuys-Allee 6, 53113 Bonn, Germany, commissioned by the Organiser, as the technical service provider and by secupay AG, Goethestraße 6, 01896 Pulsnitz, Germany, as the payment institution (jointly referred to as "Agency").
- Eligibility
- All natural persons of legal age and legal persons who are resident in or based in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom ("Area of Participation") are eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- Employees of the Organiser and its dealers, along with their employees, executives and representatives, shall be excluded from the Promotion.
- Subject of the Promotion
- End customers who purchase a Promotional Product (see Point 4) within the promotional period from 14th July 2025 to 30st November 2025 from the Festool online shop or from an authorised Festool dealer in the Area of Participation and register for the Promotion correct by 14th December 2025 at the latest, shall receive money back ("Cashback") to the value of 100,00 euros. When payments are made in currencies other than euro, exchange rate fluctuations can result in minor deviations from the value specified; these do not trigger a claim to receive payment for any resulting minor difference.
- A maximum of four (4) Promotional Products per person can be registered for the Promotion. The Cashback can only be applied once per promotional device as part of this Promotion. This Promotion includes all Festool Cashback promotions being implemented in parallel in the Area of Participation, independent of the specific Organiser. A comparison of e-mail addresses, duplicate addresses, IBAN and verification numbers shall be carried out. A maximum of four (4) people per household/company shall be permitted to participate in the Promotion. Multiple participations which violate these Terms & Conditions of Participation along with any other manipulative measures will lead to the participant's immediate exclusion from the Promotion.
- Promotional Products
Cashback shall be paid out in accordance with the provisions of these Terms & Conditions of Participation for the products that are included in the Promotional Product list (which can be found at www.festool.com/cashback-2025). Only new goods qualify as Promotional Products; used products are excluded from the Promotion. - Participating in the Promotion
- As a prerequisite for participating in the Promotion, the end customer must have completely and properly disclosed and made available the following information within a current MyFestool account in their name by 14th December 2025:
- Name and address of the participant
- E-mail address of the participant
- Purchasing date of the Promotional Product
- Verification numbers (part no. and serial no.) of the promotional product
- Photo of the nameplate on the promotional product
- Scan or photograph of an invoice or similar proof of purchase, on which the purchasing date and the product can be clearly identified
- Account details for transferring the Cashback (account holder, IBAN and BIC)
- A sales platform certificate or a receipt do not provide sufficient proof of purchase. Furthermore, a proof of purchase must not have been issued to anybody other than the participant.
- If paying out the Cashback represents a taxable benefit, the obligation to pay taxes shall remain with the recipient (end customer).
- After receiving the participation documents, the participant receives a confirmation of receipt by e-mail from Festool or the Agency as well as further status messages during implementation of the Promotion. Festool and the Agency commissioned by Festool for implementation shall be authorised to contact the participant by e-mail or letter if there are any queries regarding the implementation of the Promotion and to request further evidence in the event of justified doubts.
- There shall be no entitlement to participate should the information not be submitted on time, be illegible, incomplete or be otherwise incorrect.
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants and exclude them from future participation in the Promotion if they give incorrect or incomplete details, if you do not provide the required evidence [in due time] in the event of justified doubts, manipulate or try to manipulate the participation process and/or culpably infringe the rules of participation and/or otherwise attempt to obtain a service by fraud in an unfair and/or dishonest manner. In the case that a participant is justifiably excluded, the Organiser is entitled – also subsequently – to request that a Cashback that has already been paid is returned.
- As a prerequisite for participating in the Promotion, the end customer must have completely and properly disclosed and made available the following information within a current MyFestool account in their name by 14th December 2025:
- Paying out the Cashback
- The check to determine whether Cashback can be claimed is carried out by the Agency; the Cashback is paid out by the Agency to the account specified by the participant and the organiser.
- The money shall be paid out no later than six (6) weeks after the complete participation documents, which must have been submitted on time and in the correct form, have been received.
- If there are errors in the bank details specified by the participant, there shall be no claim to the money being transferred again. The same applies if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent cashback payments until the situation is resolved by submission of further evidence requested by the organiser or the agency.
- The claim to payment of the Cashback shall not be transferable. Payment in cash or in tangible assets is excluded. There is no entitlement to payment of the cashback if it subsequently transpires that false information has been provided or a cashback payment has been fraudulently obtained in any other unauthorised way. Benefits already granted must be refunded.
- Obligation to refund where the product is returned
If a Promotional Product that has already been registered to the Promotion is returned within six months, there shall therefore be no claim to Cashback. Any benefits already granted must be reimbursed. - Data privacy
The personal data to be provided as part of the cashback campaign will be processed by the organiser. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. You can find all further information on data protection at: https://www.festool.com/legal-information/data-protection. - Other
- The Organiser reserves the right to change, extend or prematurely end this Promotion without prior notice.
- These Terms & Conditions of Participation are subject to national law at the Organiser's registered office to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the location of the Organiser's registered office.
- Should one or several provisions of these Terms & Conditions of Participation be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
