Festool is strengthening its range of system solutions with a series of specially developed new accessories. They optimise precision, ergonomics and efficiency in the workshop and on the construction site – and expand the Festool system for sawing, extraction and sanding.
The new products include high-quality sawing accessories such as the FS-EP plunge position indicator, the DIA LAMINATE/HPL diamond circular saw blade and the FS-HALTERUNG HA-FS/2 holder. In addition, the extraction range includes the flexible CT ASA FLX extraction arms for mobile and stationary use, as well as supplementary accessories for CT extraction units, the SYS-AIR air cleaner and garnet sanding discs in new pack sizes.
Precise sawing: new accessories for plunge saws and guide rails
The new FS-EP immersion position indicator makes it even easier and more precise to make cut-outs. It shows the exact entry and exit points of the saw blade for the desired cutting depth. Further advantages include working close to walls thanks to its symmetrical design and quick orientation thanks to the cutting width indicator. The FS-EP is also available as a set with one-handed clamps in the SYS3 Systainer. Festool is also introducing its new DIA LAMINATE/HPL diamond circular saw blade, which has been specially developed for abrasive materials. It offers up to 15 times longer service life compared to conventional carbide blades and is ideal for laminate, HPL, CPL, fibre cement, cement- and gypsum-bonded panels and mineral materials. With the new FS HA-FS/2 holder, Festool is now launching its particularly popular 3D printing accessory as a series product. The robust wall mount keeps the workshop tidy and provides a firm, secure place for all FS guide rails from 800 mm to 5,000 mm. This keeps work surfaces and floors clear, while the rails are protected and stored within easy reach. Simple wall mounting saves space and ensures a tidy, efficient work area.
Clever system solution for dust extraction
With the new CT ASA FLX extraction arm, Festool enhances the possibilities of a flexible, ergonomic hose management solution – both on-site and in the workshop. The overheadguided extraction arm ensures comfortable operation without the risk of tripping or snagging. The CT ASA FLX is available in two variants: The mobile CT ASA FLX J, ideal for on-site use, can be directly attached to a CT extractor or a multifunction table (MFT). Thanks to its telescopic tube, the height can be adjusted as required. Modular chain links allow the arm's length to be quickly altered or rolled up and stowed in the SYS-MFT for convenience. It is particularly suited for sanding, cutting, and milling tasks while on the move. For stationary workplaces in workshops, the CT ASA FLX W extraction arm has been designed, as it can be mounted on the wall. This variant is also pivotable, modular in design, and offers integrated hose and cable management. It is perfectly compatible with pre-separators and CT extractors. Both variants enhance comfort and safety by keeping hoses and cables off the ground, thereby significantly increasing freedom of movement. Additionally, Festool offers a new activated carbon filter VF-AK-SYS-AIR for the SYS-AIR air cleaner. This reliably absorbs unpleasant odours such as paint fumes, mould, or solvents, improving indoor air quality during renovation and workshop tasks.
New system solutions for sanding
Festool is also expanding its range of proven garnet abrasives with new 50-piece packs – ideal for professional users with high consumption. The abrasives are available in two formats: Delta 100 × 150 mm for DTS 400, DTSC 400, DS 400 and 80 × 133 mm for RTS/RTSC 400, RS 400, LS 130 and other devices. Grit sizes from P100 to P400 cover a wide range of applications – from coarse to fine sanding.
With these clever solutions, Festool is consistently pursuing its system concept: accessories, consumables and extraction solutions work together seamlessly and support professional users in working precisely, cleanly and efficiently.
The new products will be available from 7 April 2026. Further information is available at festool.co.uk
