The ExoActive exoskeleton supports you under your arms to take the effort out of working on walls or ceilings. The active system with its powerful 18V battery provides extrapolated power to give you the exact support you need during tiring overhead work.
Whether from the waist up, at chest height or overhead, you can set where you would like support and the level in a matter of seconds. This way, the ExoActive gives you targeted support precisely where it's needed.
As easy to put on as a rucksack, can be quickly individually adapted to your height and ergonomics that are perfectly tailored to you. Once you've gotten used to it, you won't want to start working on a wall or ceiling without the ExoActive ever again.
The support provided by the ExoActive for overhead work makes it easier to avoid overexertion. The ExoActive reduces the load on the front of your shoulder muscles by up to 30%*. The ExoActive is as easy to put on as a rucksack. Together with the harness system, it can be adapted to your individual height quickly and simply.
The ExoActive provides each underarm with an added boost of up to 50 N – equal to approx. 5 kg. By way of comparison, the PLANEX LHS 2 225 EQI long-reach sander weighs 4.7 kg, so it feels almost as light as a feather.
With the Festool app, the ExoActive can be customised for each application. Select one of four additional working modes, view the operating data or get helpful application tips. Regular software updates will keep your tool up to date.
Owing to the fact that applications in trade vary, the level of support provided by the ExoActive can be individually adjusted. You can set the support you need at any given moment by turning the controller.
The exoskeleton has three predefined working areas for effortless control: From the waist up, from the chest up or overhead. The Festool App can also be used to select additional profiles for optimal support.
No components getting in your way, no restrictive straps. Regardless of whether you're pulling off a screw, mixing paint or getting tools from your vehicle, the ExoActive exoskeleton offers maximum freedom of movement and is very comfortable to wear.
All of the ExoActive's fabric and strap parts are removable and washable, meaning that it can be worn by different people. What's more, all users can be provided with their own harness system, making it even easier and quicker to change between them.
