With the handy HLC 82 cordless planer, you can quickly and reliably achieve a fine surface structure without visible planing blemishes on the surface. This means you will have to schedule much less time for resanding in future. This is made possible by the spiral blade, which works at an incline and planes the wood in a way that is gentle on both the material and the tool. A further benefit is that the spiral blade also ensures reduced noise.
A 25 mm rebate depth for particularly deep rebates, three integrated V grooves for easy chamfering of workpieces and a removable chamfer adaptor make the cordless planer a versatile companion for your daily work. The biggest advantage of the chamfer adaptor is that the stable contact surface ensures significantly faster work progress.
The HLC 82 works with a pulling cut for a particularly accurate planing result. This is made possible by the spiral blade, which works at an incline and planes the wood in a way that is gentle on both the material and the tool. A further benefit is a planing width of 82 mm for a particularly even result.
The rebate depth of 25 mm opens up a wide range of possible applications; even with the rebate depth stop, the maximum rebate depth is still 23 mm.
The wide and stable contact surface of the removable chamfer adaptor enables precise and long chamfers to be created quickly on beams and square timbers.
The three different 90° V grooves in the planer foot ensure the feeling of gliding smoothly along rails when chamfering boards and beams – without slipping or running off-course.
The chip depth can be set precisely between 0 and 2.5 mm. The chip depth can also be adjusted and controlled during work.
The longer extraction channel, which is already fitted, is suitable for planing work with a dust extractor. The short extraction channel is suitable for continuous applications with maximum chip removal, especially where dust extractors cannot be used.
The soft-grip surface on the handle makes working both horizontally and vertically extremely comfortable. The additional grips ensure an even more secure hold. The low net weight makes handling even easier.

The safety switch with safety lock prevents the planer from being switched on accidentally. The switch and handle are in a central position – so they are just as easy for right-handed and left-handed users to work with.
The spring-loaded shoe keeps the blade away from the surface. The shoe folds inwards automatically when the machine is set down – even on narrow edges.
The parallel side fence and the rebate depth stop can be attached to the planer using the guide mounts and the retaining screw. The chamfer adaptor can be attached to the planer via both guide mounts.
