Future governance structure of the TTS Management Board as
a shared leadership model with two equal Co-CEOs: Dr. Birgit
Braches and Dr. Wolfgang Knorr
Wendlingen, February 19, 2026 – To best support the long-term development
and position the TTS Group for the future, the TTS Supervisory Board, chaired
by Barbara Austel, has decided to implement a shared leadership model for
the company´s executive management. As a result, Dr. Birgit Braches and Dr.
Wolfgang Knorr, members of the Management Board of the TTS Group, will
with immediate effect assume the title of Co-CEO.
Dr. Birgit Braches joined the TTS Group on September 1, 2022. She brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across the automotive, consumer goods, and chemical industries, along with a strong track record in leading strategic and transformation initiatives. Her areas of responsibility include Finance, IT, Business Transformation, Compliance, Legal, and Global Supply Chain.
Dr. Wolfgang Knorr has been a member of the Management Board of the TTS Group since July 1, 2017. Trained as a master carpenter and holding a PhD in mechanical engineering, he brings a long-standing career in the woodworking industry and extensive leadership experience, most recently in senior management roles at HOMAG. His areas of responsibility include Sales, Service, Marketing, Research & Development, Strategy, People & Organization, and Future Development. In addition, he holds brand responsibility for SawStop, Shaper, Tanos, and exoIQ.
