With a 3 mm sanding stroke, the LEX 3 150/3 compressed air eccentric sander creates a high-quality sanding finish, e.g. with the final sanding of filler in the four-step sanding process or with the fine and final sanding of roundings and sanding of blending zones. Weighing just 1 kg, with minimal vibration values, comfortably low noise levels, a robust and durable motor as well as extremely low compressed air consumption, it is suitable for both automotive applications and kitchen and furniture assembly.

Three functions in one: The IAS system

The IAS three-hose system combines three functions in a single hose: Compressed air supply, exhaust air extraction and dust extraction. Sanding dust and exhaust air are kept away from the work surface. Thanks to an intelligently designed exhaust air extraction system, no cold air escapes: Hands and wrists stay warm, work is more comfortable and better for health.

Less is more. The LEX 3 150 has the lowest compressed air consumption of them all: Just 290 l/min. That's approx. 30% less than devices from other manufacturers – which saves a lot of money.

Maximum surface quality

The unique sanding pad brake prevents the sanding pad from turning upwards and prevents the surface being scratched during sanding, thereby minimising both reworking and costs.

Less reworking

The high-quality FUSION-TEC sanding pad with MULTI-JETSTREAM technology has a low height and therefore a better feel for the surface. The risk of material damage and costly rework is reduced considerably.

Lower abrasive consumption, lower costs

The patented MULTI-JETSTREAM sanding system is a unique system that operates with intake air and exhaust air to generate an air flow that actively transports the sanding dust to the nearest extraction channel. The result: Almost 100% dust extraction, a constant removal rate, excellent surface quality and a considerably longer service life of the fastener and abrasive.

The sanding stroke is printed on the head of the ergonomic dead-man switch as a clearly legible number. The dead-man switch is also used as a variable speed trigger for controlled sanding.
